Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

  • Effectively leading the organization through development and implementation of organization/ business strategic plans
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining customer relationships and supporting sales and marketing
  • Drive new product launches. Manage customer inputs for product roadmap development
  • Define product pricing based product value positioning
  • Successfully drive the business through the execution of effective marketing programs

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business or Sciences. MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years marketing experience including market research, forecasting, pricing, advertising and promotions
  • 5+ year global marketing management experience
  • Comprehensive experience in benchmarking, market research, advertising, promotions, forecasting and pricing
  • Experience working in the process monitoring Industry, preferably in Infrared Spectroscopy
  • Experience in effectively launching new products and achieving excellent business results
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams to achieve breakthrough results
  • Experience in the creation and execution of successful business plans
  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
