Product Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
- Effectively leading the organization through development and implementation of organization/ business strategic plans
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining customer relationships and supporting sales and marketing
- Drive new product launches. Manage customer inputs for product roadmap development
- Define product pricing based product value positioning
- Successfully drive the business through the execution of effective marketing programs
Qualifications:
- BS in Business or Sciences. MBA preferred
- 5-10 years marketing experience including market research, forecasting, pricing, advertising and promotions
- 5+ year global marketing management experience
- Comprehensive experience in benchmarking, market research, advertising, promotions, forecasting and pricing
- Experience working in the process monitoring Industry, preferably in Infrared Spectroscopy
- Experience in effectively launching new products and achieving excellent business results
- Experience working with multi-functional teams across geographic boundaries
- Demonstrated ability to build high performing teams to achieve breakthrough results
- Experience in the creation and execution of successful business plans
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
