BioFuels - BioDiesel and Ethanol

Aspectrics 2750 BioDiesel Analyzer can measure BioDiesel blend rations and process contaminates both at-line and on-line. In addition our Professional Service staff can help you get your analysis up and running in the fastest time possible. Aspectrics BQA 1000 is a turn key Analyzer for measuring finished B100, Incoming Oil and Methanol quality.

Edible Oils

Aspectrics 2750 Edible Oils Analyzer is able to identify individual oils in mixtures of multiple oil components. When properly calibrate the Aspectrics 2750 Analyzer can identify and quantitate individual oil components in mixtures such as corn, canola, and olive oil.

Hydrocarbon Gases

Aspectrics MultiComponent 5000 Analyzer and MultiComponent 5500 Analyzers are ideal for measuring hydrocarbon gas samples. Our proprietary lines of white cells offer flexible path length options to accommodate any application challenge. Measure process contaminates in real-time. In addition, Aspectrics Analyzers are capable of scanning at 100 scans/sec. As a result, real-time information is possible for even the fast of process applications.

Ambient Air

Aspectrics MultiComponent 5000 Analyzer configured with a 3.2 m sample cell and appropriate environmental enclosure can run in a continuous mode of operation and stream real-time results anywhere in the world. Aspectrics 5000 Analyzers include an on-board web server for accessing instrument status and conditions from ANY web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).

Continuing Emissions Monitoring (CEMS)

Stack gas emissions is a growing concern worldwide. Aspectrics MultiComponent 5500 Analyzer provides real-time information for CO, CO2, NOx, SOx, HCl, NH3 and various hydrocarbons emissions. Real-time information is useful to ensure regulatory compliance as well as documenting emissions to avoid legal implications. Aspectrics MultiComponent Analyzers can be configured in a NEMA enclosure for remote operations as well as a standard 19 inch rack mount.

Specialty Gases

Aspectrics MultiComponent 5500 Analyzer with a high sensitivity 3.2 m ICELL is ideal for measuring low level impurities in specialty gas samples as well as confirming specialty gas blends. Configured for at-line operation, Aspectrics MultiComponent 5500 Analyzer is an ideal QC/QC for any specialty gas manufacturer. Our low volume, high sensitivity gas cell reduces costly SRM gas consumption lowering operational costs. The heated gas cell option enables the highest level of sensitivity and long term stability.
