Sampling Accessories

Aspectrics offers a number of integrated gas sample cells (Aspectrics ICELL ), transmission sampling probes and diffused reflectance probes to facilitate rapid integration of the MultiComponent™ Analyzers into any at-line or on-line process application. In addition, fiber optic cabling and stability controlled Near Infrared (NIR) source provides optimum performance for NIR applications.

Gas Analysis Sampling

Aspectrics proprietary ICELLs provide exceptional performance for gas analysis. Aspectrics ICELLS are available in path lengths of 3.2m, 2.0m and 1.2m. In addition, the optional heater accessory ensures optimal performance for wet or high temperature gas samples.

Standard ICELL features include:

Liquid Analysis Sampling

Aspectrics MultiComponent NIR Analyzers interface to standard fiber optic cabling and sample probes. Our SMA-905 interface allows customers with existing fiber optic cabling to quickly and cost effectively interfaces their existing fiber optic infrastructure. In addition, Aspectrics offers a range of at-line and on-line process probes as well an intensity feedback NIR source to meet your liquid sampling challenges.

The Aspectrics Research Development Bench Bundles

Aspectrics MID-IR and NIR Development Bench package bundles enable the use of any standard FT-IR/FT-NIR accessory with the Multicomponent™ 5000, 5500 and 2750 Analyzers. Gas sample cells from Pike Technologies easily connect to the Aspectrics Development Bench. The Aspectrics Development bench packages allow method development to take place in the controlled environment of the laboratory. Once the method has been developed the MultiComponent™ Analyzer can be sent to the field or integrated into the process for real-time results.
